Different strokes for different folks
Where do you envision living when staying in Beijing? Maybe you don't want to part with the comforts of living in
your home country that you take for granted, such as 24 hour hot water, English programmed television, a
microwave, blender, toaster oven, and more. If so, we can easily accommodate you in a modern, upscale,
beautiful apartment for a fair price. Perhaps you're interested in saving a bit of money on rent. There are also very
comfortable apartments in Beijing that cost as little as $200 a month. For those of you who would rather live in a
hotel setting where your every need can be catered to, we can arrange that as well. Don't accept the
accommodations that are forced on you. Tell us what you want and can afford, and get a place that meets your
needs and your budget.
A picture is worth . . . not a whole lot
Most programs will post a picture of the type of place you can stay in upon your arrival. Once you arrive in Beijing,
your place may or may not look like what you expected. Why take the risk? When coming to China through
Landing Beijing, we will take you to see as many different apartments/hotels as necessary until you are satisfied
both with the quality of accommodation as well as rental price. The way we see it, if you're going to live there, you
might as well see the place with your own two eyes first.
If you're worried about the extra expenses you'll incur while searching for an apartment, especially if it does take
longer than the two or three days it normally takes, don't be. Landing Beijing has a welcome apartment specially
reserved for students who have arrived in Beijing and have not yet found the perfect place to live. You can stay
there rent free for up to two weeks while we take you on your apartment hunt, which is more than enough time to
find a suitable place.
