What if I hate it, can I go home early? While we at Landing Beijing have a very hard time seeing how anybody could hate living and studying in Beijing, there have been students in the past who have had difficulty adjusting to the different culture and lifestyle here.  We would certainly encourage all students to give it another chance, if they are considering going home early.  However, you are always free to call it quits and head back home if you simply can't bear it. As we already will have arranged for your accommodations, enrollment,  and other living arrangements, your fee paid to Landing Beijing will not be refunded.  You will probably lose your deposit on your apartment, and may or may not be able to get a partial refund on your tuition, depending upon the school that you are enrolled in. Again, you are always welcome to go home, if you simply can't stand it.  We do encourage our students in this predicament to give it another chance, and they usually realize that the life experience they are gaining outweighs the difficulties they face in living in Beijing.  We should also add that most students find living in Beijing exciting and fascinating, and actually are quite reluctant to leave when it is time to go.
